Sin's Spicy Advent Calendar

To celebrate and count down to the end of the year, I'm running a creative prompt event!

Here you'll find all fifteen prompts for the month and additional information about my Spicy Advent Calendar, the rules, the prizes in the giveaway, and a charity I've chosen to support this year that's really close to my heart.

The Rules

There are none! Besides the rules of each platform where I've shared the prompts, I don't have any set rules for the challenge myself.

Create in any format of your choice, whether it be prose, poetry, photography, your voice, art, scripts, fanfiction, or any other expression of your personal creativity.

The idea is to let go, have fun, and see where the prompts take you—no more and no less. If this one inspires poetry, but that one inspires photography, go for it! It's your personal form of self-expression, and it's beautiful.

All you need to do is tag me in your submissions so that I can keep track of them for the giveaway.

The event is currently running on Instagram, TikTok, and BlueSky.

The Prizes

Each submission counts as an entry in the giveaway. You're more than welcome to complete as many prompts as inspire you, and you're not limited in how many submissions you enter.

I'll choose the winner(s) by raffle and/or votes during the first week of December and announce them on December 6.

The winner will receive an SFW script fill—written and performed by yours truly—and the runners-up will receive a month's $20 sub to my website/my Patreon.

The Charity

Santa Shoebox Project

I’ve now included a fundraiser for donations to the Santa Shoebox Project, a local children’s charity based in South Africa.

The Shoebox Project is a beloved charity in my home country of South Africa where volunteers coordinate and put together shoeboxes filled with gifts, school supplies and so much more for South African children who otherwise are unlikely to receive any gifts over the festive season.

Over 1.4-million children have benefitted from the initiative, and I'm hoping we can help the project reach so many more this year.

For my part, I pledge to use the funds donated to my Santa's Shoebox Project fundraiser to shop for and pack shoeboxes for as many kids as I'm able to. My goal is 20 shoeboxes for 20 children, but if I can't pack that many myself, I'll donate the remaining funds to the Shoebox Project directly for their "virtual shoeboxes" packed by other volunteers across the country.
